StJohn is an executive coach, mentor and facilitator of transformational programs in the areas of Leadership Development, Adult Development, Emotional Intelligence, Resilience and Work–Life Balance, Self-Awareness and Self-Management.

His passion is in supporting individuals and teams to discover more expansive and creative ways of working together that provide both fulfilment and personal meaning and which achieve results that contribute to making their workplace and the world a better place.

StJohn draws on over 30 years experience working with the personal development path of individuals as they come to terms with the Reactive elements of their behaviour and thinking styles, particularly those that undermine their effectiveness in leadership positions.

StJohn is recognised for his capacity to see through complex issues and bring clarity out of confusion. As a facilitator he is empathetic and has a commitment to making the teaching space both enjoyable and transformational.

StJohn’s initial career path started in Town Planning and his undergraduate and postgraduate university education was in support of this. Since the 1980s StJohn has shifted his focus into Personal Development, Leadership Development, Coaching and Sustainability Practices. StJohn was the Managing Director of a personal development and life skills training company in Victoria for 6 years.

In 1989 he co-founded EcoSTEPS P/L, a Triple Bottom Line Sustainability Consultancy. has had a long association with The Banksia Environmental Foundation, both as President and Executive Director. He now operates his own training and coaching company, Keep Evolving.

“I believe humanity is facing enormous challenges: The pandemic, the effects of global warming, over population unsustainable agricultural and industrial practices and growing inequality between the rich and poor will challenge all sectors of society in ways that are unprecedented.  There is no longer such a thing as ‘business as usual’.  Now, more than at any other time we need strong, authentic, conscious, caring Leadership.
