Alison is an experienced business leader and executive coach, who focuses on equipping senior executives with self-awareness and the leadership competencies to become more effective, personally, and professionally.

Alison has been engaged by major corporations to work with individuals and teams in the financial services, insurance, hospitality, professional services, government and property industries. Her proven track record globally, arises from over 25 years of partnering business leaders to design, implement and manage strategy in fast-paced, competitive and culturally diverse environments. Her global leadership roles with Macquarie Group Limited and Hyatt International Corporation strengthened her expertise in cross-cultural integration and validated her ability to develop leaders and high performing teams.

Alison’s skill lies in her adeptness to quickly understand the business context and facilitate, through a variety of coaching methodologies, the underlying thought processes that drive behaviour, perception and perspective. Her integrated and outcome focused approach enables clients to develop powerful insights and practical solutions which result in positive change, personal success and accelerated performance.

She is dedicated to empowering people to lean into the “human behind the leader”.  Her holistic approach instils a deep sense of trust and creates a safe space for clients to explore uncharted territory. Equally, though, she is unafraid to have courageous conversations and will challenge clients to find blind spots.  Clients value this ability to balance trust and support with the necessary challenge to generate growth.
