The Process

Step 1: Feedback

We cannot enhance our leadership effectiveness without first becoming aware of how we are currently showing up, both our strengths and how our core reactive coping strategies may be limiting us. We commence with the incredibly insightful and powerful Leadership Circle 360 Confidential Feedback Process.

Step 2: The Online Leadership Executive Wellbeing Portal

Be guided through 6 Core Modules of learning videos and masterclasses, 1 Module a month, to provide you with the tools, daily practices, evidence-based research and insights to support you to embody the 5 well researched core competencies of highly effective leadership that = extraordinary business results.

Step 3: One-on-one Executive Coaching + Group Check-in’s + optional team workshop(s)

Running over the 6 months, these sessions will provide you with deep insights into yourself as a leader, or aspiring leader, and provide the support and accountability to identify, articulate and commit to the areas you want to grow in, while learning how to thrive in all areas of your life. If you are doing this as a leadership team the group sessions and optional workshop(s) will provide the framework and opportunity to enhance the teams visions, productivity and effectiveness.
